Dr. Blacksmith has been practicing in the Hazen/Beulah area since July 2002. Prior to that he practiced in Ohio and Iowa.

Dr. Blacksmith graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa in 1977.

Dr. Blacksmith is Board Certified in Family Practice. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and American Association of Family Practice.

Dr. Blacksmith and his wife, Barb, have two children.

Dr. Blacksmith enjoys hunting and photography.
