Heather Czywczynski, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, joined the staff at Sakakawea Hazen Clinic and Sakakawea Medical Center in June 2011.

Heather graduated from the University of Mary with her Family Nurse Practitioner Degree in April of 2011. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Heather graduated with her Nursing Degree from the University of Mary in 2005. She has worked as a nurse and clinical teaching instructor in Nebraska and as a nurse in North Dakota, Texas and California.

Heather and her husband Derek live in Beulah. Derek is an optometrist at Beulah Vision.
